What is not allowed on SYSDOP LLC infrastructure, how we handle abuse reports, and how to reach us.
Last updated: 21 June 2026
This Acceptable Use and Abuse Policy (the “AUP”) governs the use of all services provided by SYSDOP LLC (“SYSDOP”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”), including server administration, hosting, dedicated and physical servers, and colocation. It applies to every customer, reseller and end user, and forms part of our terms of service. SYSDOP LLC is a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at Rock Springs, WY 82901.
1. Scope and acceptance
By ordering, accessing or using any SYSDOP service you agree to this AUP on behalf of yourself and anyone you allow to use the service. You are responsible for the activity of your accounts, your customers and your end users. If you resell our services, you must enforce terms at least as protective as this AUP and remain responsible for compliance.
2. Strictly prohibited content (zero tolerance)
The following is never permitted on any SYSDOP service, in any jurisdiction, and results in immediate suspension or termination without refund and, where required by law, a report to the competent authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate authority (for example NCMEC).
- Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or the incitement of violence against persons or groups.
- Human trafficking and content that facilitates it.
- Material that is illegal to host under the law applicable to the relevant hosting location.
3. Prohibited activities
You may not use SYSDOP services to engage in, host or facilitate:
- Malware and intrusion tooling: distribution of viruses, ransomware, trojans, or operating botnet command-and-control, droppers or exploit kits.
- Phishing and fraud: deceptive pages, identity theft, carding, financial scams, or fake storefronts.
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual-property rights of third parties.
- Unauthorized access to systems, data or accounts that you do not own or have permission to use.
- Any activity that violates the law applicable to the customer or to the hosting location.
4. Email and anti-spam
Unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam) is prohibited, whether sent from our network or directing recipients to content hosted with us. You must maintain valid opt-in records, honor unsubscribe requests, keep proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and avoid practices that harm our IP reputation. Operating open relays, open proxies or list-washing services is not allowed.
5. Network abuse and security
You may not originate or knowingly facilitate denial-of-service (DoS or DDoS) attacks, port or vulnerability scanning of third parties without authorization, IP spoofing, traffic amplification, or any action that disrupts the integrity or performance of our network or that of others. You are responsible for securing your own services against compromise; an abused or compromised service may be suspended to protect the network.
6. Fair use of shared resources
On shared and managed plans, resources are provided for normal website and application workloads. Activity that places a disproportionate load on shared infrastructure, or that degrades service for other customers, may be throttled or moved to a more suitable plan. Dedicated, physical and colocation customers are bound by the capacity, power and bandwidth commitments of their specific agreement.
7. Copyright and DMCA notices
For services hosted in the United States, SYSDOP responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the material claimed to infringe and its location, your contact details, and the statements of good faith and accuracy required by law. Send notices to our abuse contact below. We forward valid notices to the customer and may remove or disable access to the material. Repeat infringers may be terminated.
8. Hosting location and jurisdiction
SYSDOP operates across facilities in the United States and Europe. The specific limits that apply to your service depend on the data center where it is hosted and the law of that jurisdiction, as detailed in the terms of service for that product. Some offshore facilities apply different content and complaint-handling rules than United States facilities. Content that is strictly prohibited under Section 2 is never permitted anywhere.
9. How to report abuse
To report abuse, send a detailed message to our abuse contact or use our contact form. Please include the URL or IP address involved, a description of the issue, timestamps with the time zone, and any logs or evidence (for example, full email headers for spam reports). Accurate, well-documented reports let us act faster. We acknowledge reports and investigate as quickly as the case allows.
10. Investigation and enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including warning, throttling, content removal, suspension, or termination. Severe cases, and anything under Section 2, may be acted on immediately and without prior notice. Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse are not eligible for a refund. We may preserve relevant data as required to handle a complaint or comply with the law.
11. Cooperation with law enforcement
We cooperate with valid legal process and with law enforcement where we are legally required to do so, and we may disclose information when necessary to respond to an emergency involving a risk to life or safety, in accordance with applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision, and changes are posted on this page.
